Rotate and flip image

Turn or mirror your image without uploading it.

Still JPEG, PNG, or WebP. 10 MB and 16 megapixels per image. Processing happens in your browser.

Each click updates the preview. Rotate turns 90°; flip mirrors the image as you see it.

For JPEG and WebP. Never resizes your pixels. PNG stays lossless; JPEG fills transparent areas with white.

Turn it the right way

Choose a still JPEG, PNG, or WebP to see its preview. Click Rotate left or Rotate right for each quarter-turn, or flip the image horizontally or vertically. Each action updates the displayed result without clearing it. Reset orientation returns to the starting view. Download when it looks right. Repeated edits always use the original pixels, so they do not repeatedly compress the previous result.

Keep the pixels, choose the file

A 1200 × 800 image becomes 800 × 1200 after a quarter-turn. It keeps the same number of pixels. Leave Original format selected for the same file type. For JPEG/WebP, size matching may lower encoder quality; switch it off to use 90% quality. The result tells you the actual size and quality used.

If you only need to remove photo data, use the Photo metadata remover, which preserves compressed image data. For smaller dimensions, use the Image compressor.

FAQs

Will the file stay the same size?

Pixel dimensions are preserved, with width and height swapped for quarter-turns. File bytes can change after editing. The optional size-matching setting tries JPEG/WebP quality levels from 90% down to 75%; it never resizes pixels and cannot guarantee the same size.

Can I change the file format?

Yes. Original format is the default; you can choose JPEG, PNG, or WebP. PNG keeps transparency and is lossless. JPEG fills transparent areas with white.

Are my photos uploaded?

No. Processing and downloads happen in this browser. Clear releases the current results; keep your original if you want to edit it again.
